Willer Downloader by Willer Enterprises lets users submit a media link so the service can prepare a downloadable file.
Information Processed
Willer Downloader may process submitted URLs, media metadata returned by supported sources, browser/device information, basic request logs, a pseudonymous first-party browser identifier, and local browser download history created by the app interface.
Temporary Media Processing
Submitted links may be processed temporarily to prepare the requested file. Willer Downloader is not intended to operate as a public archive, media library, or long-term host for third-party content.
Advertising and Consent
Willer Downloader may show ads. Advertising partners, including Adsterra and, where enabled, Google, may use cookies or similar technologies for ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management where required.
Users in regions where consent is required may see a consent message before personalized ad technologies are used.
Site Measurement
Willer Downloader uses a server-set, HTTP-only first-party cookie to help distinguish returning browsers from new browsers and to measure the long-term result of tagged campaign links. The cookie contains an opaque signed identifier, not an account name, media link, or advertising profile.
The service can retain the identifier for up to about thirteen months from its most recent use. Returning to the site refreshes that period. Browser privacy controls, private browsing, site-data eviction, or clearing cookies can remove it earlier.
When Reddit advertising measurement is enabled, the Reddit Pixel records normal page visits so Willer Enterprises can measure visits from Reddit campaigns and create website-retargeting audiences. It is not sent submitted media links, prepared-file details, account history, or WillerID information.
If a visitor signs in, the current browser's anonymous activity may be linked to that verified WillerID account. The service does not use shared IP addresses, devices, or a shared browser alone to merge different verified accounts.
Local Storage
The app may store recent download history, a browser visitor identifier, and a short-lived session identifier for product telemetry. Clearing browser site data removes this local information.
